The Tiffany Gardens project required replacing architectural balcony and catwalk railings with an intermediate glass and picket system. Fabricated entirely in-house, the new installations had to meet strict code requirements, including engineering to withstand wind loads of 170+ mph and a premium, high-performance coastal-grade coating

Balcony Railing System:
Approx. 1,600 linear feet of intermediate glass railing with 7/16" tempered laminated clear/green glass panels. -
Catwalk Railing System:
Approx. 1,170 linear feet of aluminum structural picket railing engineered to match the balcony design.

Aluminum Structural Stairs:
Custom unit with ~12 risers, 42" wide tube stringers, a center support, and integrated grab rails.
