Alenac & Associates completed the Ocean Riviera project at 3550 Galt Ocean Drive in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Serving as the subcontractor under general contractor Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc., the project reached substantial completion in 2019. The total scope involved replacing approximately 5,950 linear feet of railings—comprising 3,717 linear feet of existing balcony railings and 2,233 linear feet of masonry side walls—using clear tempered laminated glass paired with extruded aluminum posts finished with a protective Bone White coating.
